Yes, our laundromat is fully attended from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm every day.
Our machines are 100% coin-operated. However, for your convenience, we have a POS system at the counter where you can use your card to purchase coins.
Yes, we have several large-capacity Wascomat washers, including four 55 lb. machines and one 45 lb. machine, perfect for larger loads.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off and pick up your wash and fold laundry anytime between 6:30 am and 10:00 pm every day, with the last drop-off at 10:00 pm.
We use only high-quality, premium detergents and fabric softeners, including options like Tide, Gain, Downy, and OxiClean for whites and colors separately, as well as bleach and Bounce. Hypoallergenic and eco-friendly options are available upon request.

Yes, there is a 10-pound minimum for our drop-off wash and fold service.
Our standard turnaround is next day or beyond. We also offer same-day service if you drop off your laundry by 3:00 pm EST (Monday-Friday with a 10% extra charge, Saturday-Sunday with a 20% extra charge). Pick up time is usually after 5 pm EST.
No, we do not. We keep all orders separate to avoid mix-ups and cross-contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer pickup and delivery Monday through Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 pm to 5 pm.

Yes, there is a 15-pound minimum for all pickup and delivery orders.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
Please allow up to 2 days for your laundry to be returned fresh and folded.
Rush service is available for $10 per order. With this, we will deliver your laundry the next business day after we pick it up.
You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.
Just let us know by inputting your notes into the Special Instructions and Preferences fields.

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
